Road Legends are recognized as a premier employer, with exceptional care of their drivers and top-notch transportation provider that is built on trust and commitment.

Road Legends partnered with TransportationCode because they needed to increase the number of driver hires per month to support sales growth.

For the same purpose, Road Legends adopted a lease purchase strategy, trying to attract reliable drivers that will take care of the loads and the equipment. In return, Road Legends offered attractive salary package and interesting bonuses.

The company had relied on popular job boards to hunt experienced drivers, but was underserved by their partners. They needed to increase both the volume and the quality of leads and reduce the time to hire.

The TransportationCode team presented a strategy that showed the client how better audience targeting, messaging and tactics could directly drive professional drivers to RoadLegends from day one, no matter if they were active job seekers or had a employment agreement.
